Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your find. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@rascalgoods.com with your order number and what you'd like to return, and we'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
